After two seasons of the series “La webcam du bureau”, JM Bruneau drew many lessons from the reactions of its customers and prospects, which led to a third season… and to a change of title and format.
From then on, the series was called “1 minute de pause” (“1 minute break” – which incidentally gives you an idea of the format change). The episodes would be a little shorter, between 1 minute and 1 minute 30, and far more numerous: 14 episodes, plus a trailer that is a true episode in its own right.

But 3 other changes showed the rising level of ambition for this new season. Some episodes are personalizable, thanks to a cartoon avatar that viewers are invited to create. The series became true branded content, offering its audience pure entertainment. It even allowed itself to subtly convey a message in favor of the environment and ecology, which earned the series the support of the WWF.
And finally, the web series was honored with the exceptional participation of Yannick Noah, who took his very first steps as an actor there!
The 16 videos of season 3
You can find the complete set of episodes below (in French). But they are neither interactive nor personalizable on this page. Until the Flash plugin disappeared, you could experience full immersion in the series with your own avatar on the website dedicated to the series, www.1mndepause.fr (sadly no longer functional without Flash…).
Yannick Noah and the animated series “1 minute de pause”
Yannick Noah gave himself a start to an acting career by lending his voice to a cartoon character. He plays his own role, and kicks off the series by going to the Vénus Détectives agency to submit a strange case that troubles him, and keeps him from serenely carrying on with his tour.
“The Noah case”
A mysterious piece of cloth is anonymously left on the table of Yannick Noah’s dressing room. He discovers it as he comes off stage, and ends up losing his calm and concentration over the coded inscription it bears. What does it mean? Who left it there? For what purpose?
Faced with these questions, and the lack of answers, he decides to turn to professionals to help him uncover the truth: the investigators of the Vénus Détectives agency… But is that really the right choice?
A question of commitment
Won over by the humor and the graphic qualities of 3TOON’s productions, it was just as much his attachment to the values promoted by the series that motivated Yannick to take part in the experience.
He is indeed sincerely committed to the themes of ecology and sustainable development, as shown by his sponsorship of WWF operations. And it was upon discovering the producers’ genuine desire to subtly promote positive attitudes that he decided to embark on the adventure.
